When Bob Foreman, President and CEO, founded Energy Saving Exteriors (ESE) in 1981, he envisioned a company that would provide the highest quality home improvement products on the market. Energy Saving Exteriors, headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA currently serve from Eastern North Carolina throughout Virginia. ESE has earned the reputation as this area’s premier home improvement contractor, with a well-managed, customer-oriented company that practices strong core values and has a commitment to quality and customer service.

ESE offers the homeowner a total package that includes an installed home improvement product, with full financing, if desired. Financing is utilized by 70% of our customers. Our affiliated mortgage company, Project Line, makes the American dream affordable by offering 100% financing and low monthly payments, to name a few. ESE has also maintained excellent relationships with a large number of local and national banks and vendors.
